Fronting both Westfield Square and Berkeley St James’s new 5-acre park, the double-fronted arches feature distinctive dome-shaped windows, lined walls and ceilings – offering a uniquely characterful setting for cafes, bars, restaurants and leisure brands to make their own. Unit sizes range from 736 – 1,751 sq ft.
A number of exciting businesses are set to open their doors this year, adding energy and variety to this emerging destination.
