Trussley Road Arches
Upgrading the arches in Trussley Road
We are investing over £8m in our arches across the capital in 2026/27, including eight arches along Trussley Road.
We’re proposing to refurbish seven arches and an adjacent two-storey building for commercial use designed for a mix of occupiers, from cafés and retail to offices and fitness studios. A further arch will be renovated for bin storage and employee cycle parking, while the public realm will be improved making it safer and more accessible for everyone.
We have an opportunity at Trussley Road to create a hub for thriving businesses, giving back to the community that it sits in.
Proposals for the Community
Our designs have been finalised with the community in mind, from incorporating a level outdoor area which future occupiers will be able to activate with seating or installations*. We have had safety in mind throughout, and have incorporated improved lighting and wayfinding, alongside CCTV and enhanced natural surveillance designed to help Londoners when they visit Trussley Road.
