We are investing into the arches at Lockton Street, making them ready for new businesses to join our estate.
By fully refurbishing all 11 arches at Lockton Street, opposite Latimer Road Tube station in North Kensington we can create a safer, greener and more welcoming environment. We are replacing the frontages to the arches and improving the public realm and servicing yard, making the arches a more attractive proposition for incoming businesses.
More inviting to humans, less inviting to pigeons
The arches will feature anti-pigeon mitigations to prevent them from perching on high and messy-ing the pavement below. We are also improving the lighting and general ambience along Lockton Street to make it somewhere Londoners want to spend time.
Business Ready
The refurbishment will make the arches ready for a business to move in, with an accessible toilet, utilities and finished to a high-standard. They will be ready for any prospective business to move in and fit out at a relatively low cost.
We’ll share more information on the opportunity to move into one of the arches towards the end of 2025.
