The Opportunity
The arches are ideally located opposite Latimer Road Tube Station and will run on a special rent model. We’re proud to be delivering this programme alongside Grow London Local and the Portobello Business Centre who will be providing one-to-one support, mentoring, workshops and community connections to future occupants. We’re also investing in the arches to make the immediate area safer and greener.
We’re looking for ambitious and innovative businesses that have all the ingredients for success, but who need that extra push to help them expand and grow. Don’t miss out on this great opportunity!

We’re delighted to have reopened Victoria Station Arcade, welcoming customers back to enjoy the beautifully restored Edwardian architecture and a refreshed retail offer.
In partnership with Tower Hamlets, Places for London has refurbished 28 properties, enhancing facades, improving energy performance, and preserving the area’s historic character.
We’re transforming 13 railway arches in the heart of White City to create a new destination for dining, shopping and socialising.
Places for London have invested over £5m to sensitively refurbish the Metropolitan Arcade - an Edwardian shopping arcade opposite Liverpool Street station.
Baker Street is home to London’s oldest Tube station, and it is steeped in history. It’s a destination that has evolved and become multi-experiential, and it attracts every kind of Londoner.
We’re proudly refurbishing 12 railway arches at Kilburn Mews to provide a new mixed-use destination with the local community at its heart.
