Enhancing Spaces Inside and Out
The works being delivered at Whitechapel include the installation of new roofs and utilities, upgrades to water management systems, and enhancements to shop fronts. Interiors are being renewed to achieve improved EPC ratings, while green credentials are strengthened through the introduction of renewable energy solutions.
These improvements will help preserve the character of the area while creating more modern, energy-efficient spaces for people to live, work and shop. Completion is targeted for the end of 2025.
