With the project now complete, we are welcoming a diverse mix of businesses. The new high-spec apartments are filling with residents who bring fresh energy and opportunity to this vibrant community, and we look forward to seeing the final few spaces occupied.

Enhancing Spaces Inside and Out
The works delivered at Whitechapel include the installation of new roofs and utilities, upgrades to water management systems, and enhancements to shop fronts. Interiors are being renewed to achieve improved EPC ratings, while green credentials are strengthened through the introduction of renewable energy solutions.
These improvements will help preserve the character of the area while creating more modern, energy-efficient spaces for people to live, work and shop.

We’re proudly refurbishing 12 railway arches at Kilburn Mews to provide a new mixed-use destination with the local community at its heart.
