Our Partnership With

Places for London recently announced a partnership with Ballymore, a trusted developer with over 40 years’ experience in some of Europe’s largest regeneration projects, to bring forward serval much needed residential developments. Ballymore have already built over 35,000 homes in the UK and Ireland. The partnership currently includes the development of Limmo Peninsula and the £1.7bn redevelopment of Edgware Town Centre.

  • 4.8ha of open space, including 400 more trees planted
  • 50,000sq ft flexible offices, workspaces and hotel rooms
