Our Partnership With

Places for London has partnered with Landsec on The Liberty of Southwark, a mixed-use development in Bankside, Southwark. This project is a public-private partnership, with Landsec acquiring 100% ownership after paying £54.7 million for the land. The development includes a new net-zero office building, residential units (including affordable housing), workspace, and community spaces incorporating Roman ruins discovered on the site.
