Our Partnership With

We have partnered with The Earls Court Development Company and real estate experts Delancey to design and deliver a major regeneration of Earl's Court. The project in West London, aims to transform the former exhibition centre site into a mixed-use neighbourhood with around 4,000 homes, retail, new workspaces, and cultural venues. 

The development will also include 20 acres of public open space. The first phase of construction is planned to begin in late 2026, with the first residents moving in around 2030.
