Located above the eastern entrance to Paddington Station, the Paddington Over Station Development will deliver a striking new 19-storey building with a prominent canal-side entrance.
Developed in joint venture between Helical plc and Places for London, 10 King William Street will be an exemplary 138,000 sq ft office building located immediately above Bank Station.
