Located above the eastern entrance to Paddington Station, the Paddington Over Station Development (OSD) will deliver a striking new 19-storey building with a prominent canal-side entrance. The scheme includes 15 floors of high-quality office space and ground floor retail, providing a total of 235,000 sq ft. Each typical office floor spans approximately 15,500 sq ft and features its own south-facing terrace.
