The project will deliver 3,365 new homes, with 1,150 designated as affordable, alongside a brand-new public nature park, a revitalised town centre with modern amenities, and sustainable transport links. The scheme is also projected to create over 1,400 new jobs and generate £80m providing a significant boost to the local economy.

Planning Consent Granted
Outline planning consent was granted by the London Borough of Barnet in July 2025, following over 170 engagement events involving more than 3,350 local participants. This extensive consultation has helped shape a vision that reflects the community’s needs and ambitions.
