Montford Place is a distinctive project within Connected Living London, the long-term partnership between Places for London and Grainger plc. As with all Connected Living London developments, Montford Place homes are thoughtfully designed for renters, offering security through long-term, flexible tenancies and professional management. The scheme also prioritises the creation of attractive public and amenity spaces, celebrating local heritage and encouraging a strong sense of community.
