



In partnership with Notting Hill Genesis, we are delivering over 600 new homes at Kidbrooke Square in the Royal Borough of Greenwich. The development forms part of the wider regeneration of the area and contributes to much-needed housing in southeast London. Phase 1 of the development was completed in November 2024 with homes now available for residents to move in.

The scheme includes eight residential buildings arranged around a central square, designed to host a café. Residents benefit from shared gardens, play areas, a concierge service, and access to a future on-site gym. High-quality homes feature modern layouts, natural light, and integrated appliances.
