Nine Elms

The Nine Elms development is a significant undertaking within Connected Living London, the long-term partnership between Places for London and Grainger plc. Located in the heart of Nine Elms, this project will deliver 510 high-quality homes, significantly contributing to London's housing supply. A key feature of the proposals includes the creation of a vibrant new public space, Pascal Square, designed to be fully accessible and a focal point for both future residents and the existing local community to meet and socialise. 

As part of the Connected Living London portfolio, homes at Nine Elms are specifically designed for renters, offering secure, flexible tenancy agreements and benefitting from professional management by dedicated onsite teams. These homes will feature a range of modern amenities, fostering a strong sense of community and enhancing the overall living experience in this dynamic part of London. 

Key Features:

  • Extensive Housing Provision: Provides 510 new quality homes, ranging from spacious 1-bedroom apartments to family-sized homes.
  • Affordable Housing: A substantial 35% of homes will be affordable, with priority for those living or working in Lambeth.
  • Pascal Square: A newly-designed public square, Pascal Square, will offer a vibrant and accessible public realm for future and existing residents to enjoy.
  • Retail Space: Includes retail space that will complement the existing provisions in the Nine Elms area.
  • Resident Amenities: A variety of internal and external shared amenity spaces will be available, including a roof terrace, gym, and co-working spaces, designed to encourage resident interaction and community building.
  • Connected Living: Homes are designed to foster digital and social connections among residents.
  • Active Landscapes: Features active and vibrant landscaped spaces throughout the development, designed for all generations.
