Arnos Grove

The Arnos Grove development is a significant project within Connected Living London, the long-term partnership between Places for London and Grainger plc. Situated in Enfield, this scheme transforms car parks into a vibrant new neighbourhood, delivering 162 well-designed, quality homes. Beyond residential provision, the project focuses on enhancing the station's surroundings, creating a new public square that will become a focal point for the local community and encourage active travel. 

As part of Connected Living London, Arnos Grove homes are specifically designed for renters, offering long-term, flexible tenancy agreements and professional management through dedicated onsite teams. Residents will benefit from a range of high-quality amenities, fostering a strong sense of community. 

Key Features:

  • Residential Provision: Offers 162 new quality homes, ranging from spacious 1-bedroom apartments to family-sized homes.
  • Affordable Housing: A substantial 40% of homes will be affordable, prioritising those living or working in Enfield.
  • New Public Square: A new, attractive Station Square will be created at the western entrance, providing a vibrant public space for everyone to use, with potential for local events.
  • Flexible Commercial Space: Includes flexible commercial space that opens directly onto the newly created public area, enhancing local amenities.
  • Enhanced Station Surroundings: Improvements to the station area will make it easier and safer for people to walk and cycle, reducing congestion and improving local air quality.
  • Resident Amenities: A variety of internal and external shared amenity spaces will be available to all residents, including a roof terrace, gym, and co-working spaces to encourage interaction.
