Properties Homes

We are on-site building 4,400 new homes across London, and have plans to build thousands more. And by homes we mean sustainable, desirable, beautiful homes, many of them affordable – where Londoners can grow their roots.

Whilst upgrading existing workspaces, we’ll be delivering 3,000,000 sq ft of some of the most sustainable, flexible and connected office space in the capital.

In partnership with Ballymore we are re-imagining Edgware town centre, providing new spaces for communities and businesses. We will also be building 3,500 new homes, 35% of which will be affordable.

Partnering with Native Land we have big plans to renovate the Grade 2 listed station to provide step free access to the Tube while also delivering new homes, shops and workspace.

The Limmo Peninsula, a five-hectare brownfield site in East London, is set to be transformed into a thriving new neighbourhood. This ambitious residential-led development aims to deliver approximately 1,400 new homes, playing a crucial role in addressing London's urgent housing needs. Formerly a vital staging ground for the construction of the Elizabeth line, where tunnelling machines were lowered, the site is now poised for a new chapter of urban regeneration.

We’re proudly refurbishing 12 railway arches at Kilburn Mews to provide a new mixed-use destination with the local community at its heart. What was once a previously hidden space will soon become a place to champion local and small businesses, whilst bridging the gap between Kilburn station and Lovebridge Road. The development will include a new landscaped mews walkway and public space for residents and visitors alike to enjoy.

Working as part of the Earls Court Development Company we have an incredible opportunity to build 4,000 new homes, with 35% being affordable. We are also building 2.5m sq ft of new work space.

Places for London

Nine million doors open in London every morning.

Behind them are the homes we’re building, from Barnet to Greenwich, Lambeth to Waltham Forest. Places where keys don’t just open doors, they unlock opportunity.

We’re turning spaces into places people love. Supporting small businesses, partnering with councils and charities, building charging hubs and energy-efficient homes that move us towards a greener capital. And reinvesting millions to help keep London connected.

When people grow, London thrives. Everything we make is made for London.

💡How can we inspire future talent, through real-world experience?

Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting a Design and Marketing insight morning, for seven students from The Ellen Wilkinson School for Girls

The session aimed to educate the young people on the paths into Design and Marketing careers, particularly in the Built Environment and gain first-hand, valuable insights into the skills and experiences that shape, these roles.
