Building a city for all of us

We already provide space for hundreds of incredible businesses, now we’re going further to create even more of the spaces that all kinds of businesses need to thrive.

We have ambitions to build 20,000 new homes across London. And by homes we mean sustainable, desirable, beautiful homes, many of them affordable – where Londoners can grow their roots.

Whilst upgrading existing workspaces, we’ll be delivering 3,000,000 sq ft of some of the most sustainable, flexible and connected office space in the capital.
